This allows the recruiters gain more exposure to the prospective candidates. Also employers can choose various packages designed to cater to the hiring needs of all organisations.

Candidates visiting our website are a segment of the audience looking specifically for jobs in healthcare. Your posts are screened as per the specialisation requirement you added in it, and is delivered to candidates searching for vacancies in the respective specialisation. Candidates can also find your post by adding keywords of the same on the search menu, and also find by specialization, or location of job they are looking for.

You shall receive applications on your post after your post goes live on the website. Free posting is available on MediCareer only for the trial period. Employers can also purchase different packages such as job packages, CV packages etc. CV packages allows the employer to receive the CVs of candidates he was specifically looking for, No of CVs depend upon the package purchased. Job Packages allow the employer to post jobs on the website, no of job posts allowed differs on each package.

Once the employers have started receiving applications for the post. They can shortlist the employees they feel fit for the job they have posted. If the employer has purchased the CV package, he shall get the CVs without waiting for applications to come.

Now that the candidates are shortlisted, they are called for an interview by the employer. The recruitment is done post the interview session .
